I am the grade 10 World History teacher at Colegio Bolivar in Cali, Colombia. The only Flemish celebrities mentioned in our textbook are: Mercator (briefly, regarding the map projection), Andreas Vesalius, Pieter Breughel, Jan Van Eyck.
